Tasting Notes / Flavour profile

On the nose, you are treated to the fragrances of Juniper and orange, with the lemon emerging as a sweet citrus pop at the same time as a hint of vibrant spice. The citrus zest and pin pepper tantalise the lips upon tasting, with a smooth note of traditional juniper joined by a delicate note of coriander to embrace the tongue. The delicate warm spice lingers on the palate, yet it is the slightly sweet refreshing citrus note that remains longest within the mouth.

Our recommendation for the perfect serve would simply be the addition of tonic and ice to suit your own personal preference.
