Fassfern Highland Gins are proud to have developed five different products combining both standard gin botanicals with those that are locally sourced.
We now have five Fassfern Gins for you to enjoy. We will also be adding to our range as we move forward on our exciting journey. We have a Dry Highland Gin for those that like a smooth, juniper forward citrus flavour, a hand crafted, small batch Bramble Gin for those that prefer something sweet and fruity with a hint of spice and also a stunning White Rose Gin inspired by Bonnie Price Charlie. In addition to these we have an award winning Highland Gin, very fresh and vibrant with the flavour of heather and pine. We also have our festive Christmas Gin, mulled botanicals, soaked in red wine including cinammon and clove. The bottle contains edible gold leaf and a bottle light for a bit of extra Christmas sparkle! Our Gins are perfect on their own or simply with tonic and ice.
