Tasting Notes / Flavour profile

On the nose you get the aroma of sweet fresh heather with just a hint of underlying spice. This leads to a taste of bright and bold flower which is fruity and sweet with a light touch of subtle spice, leaving your palate full of smooth heathery flavours which makes it extremely moreish!

Our recommendation for the perfect serve would be tonic and ice with the addition of some lovely fresh lemon.
