Our Oak Aged Gin has been produced by ageing a single batch of our award winning Highland Gin in one of our ex whisky casks. The Whisky matured in the cask was also award winning with the cask previously being used for Californian Red Wine. There were 56 bottles of this very special Oak Aged Gin produced after 15 months of Ageing in the barrel.
